Terms of Use
Last updated October 13, 2026
Please read these terms carefully. Section 15 requires most disputes to be resolved by individual binding arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to take part in any class action.
LensPad is a tool for turning photos into meme coins. Nothing on LensPad is an offer to buy or sell any security or other financial product, or investment, legal, or tax advice. LensPad is not registered with or licensed by any financial regulator. See Section 3.
1. Who we are and what these terms cover
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and the operator of LensPad (“LensPad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to the website at lenspad.fun and every page, feature, and service we offer through it (together, the “Services”). Anyone with a legitimate need, such as bringing or defending a legal claim, can request our legal name and registered address by messaging @fomojifun on X.
By using any part of the Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when we post them on this page, and the “Last updated” date above will change. If you keep using the Services after an update, you accept the new Terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the Services.
3. Not financial advice; no offer; regulatory status
LensPad lets you turn a photo into a meme coin and launch it on Pump.fun from your own wallet. Coins made with LensPad are meme coins: they are made for fun, have no intrinsic value, and carry no rights of any kind (no ownership, no share of any business, no dividends, and no claim against LensPad or anyone else).
Nothing on the Services is, or should be relied on as: (a) an offer to sell, or a request for an offer to buy, any security, derivative, or other financial product; (b) a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any digital asset or to follow any trading strategy; (c) investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice; or (d) a promise that any feature is or will be available where you live. LensPad is not registered with, licensed by, or supervised by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, or any other regulator, and we do not say that it ever will be.
Market data shown on the Services (such as prices, market caps, volumes, and charts) comes from third parties and the blockchain, may be delayed or wrong, and is for information only. You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Talk to your own professional advisers before acting on anything you see here.
4. Who can use LensPad
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Services for a company or other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these Terms for it. The Services are not meant for children.
You may not use the Services if you are, or act for anyone who is:
- located in, ordinarily resident in, or organized under the laws of a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions or embargoes (currently including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, so-called Donetsk, so-called Luhansk, and Zaporizhzhia regions);
- named on, or owned or controlled by anyone named on, a sanctions or restricted-party list maintained by the U.S. Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control, the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce, the United Nations, the European Union, or the United Kingdom; or
- located anywhere your use of the Services, or of any feature of them, would be against the law.
Some features are subject to extra restrictions. In particular, the tokenized stocks used for stock pairs (Section 5) are issued by third parties that restrict who may hold them, and they are generally not offered to U.S. persons or residents of certain other countries. You are responsible for making sure you are allowed to use any feature before you use it.
5. How LensPad works
Making a coin
You take a photo in the LensPad app. Our AI looks at it and writes a coin name, ticker, and short story (the “lore”). Once generated, the name, ticker, and lore are final: they cannot be edited or regenerated, and the launch always uses exactly what the AI wrote.
Launching
You launch the coin on Pump.fun, a third-party protocol, by approving a transaction in your own Phantom wallet. LensPad prepares the transaction, but only your wallet can sign it. We never ask for, see, or store your private key or seed phrase, and we never hold your funds. Transactions on the blockchain are final: once confirmed, they cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded by us or anyone else.
SOL pairs and stock pairs
By default a coin trades against SOL (a “SOL pair”). Before generating, you may instead choose a “stock pair,” in which case the AI also picks a tokenized stock that fits the photo and the coin trades against that token instead of SOL. The pick is final, like the name and ticker. Tokenized stocks are issued by third parties (for example, xStocks and Backpack); they are not the shares themselves, and their issuers may restrict, pause, or freeze them. If you add an optional first buy to a stock-paired coin, it is paid in SOL: you first approve a swap of that SOL into the stock through Jupiter, then the launch, which buys your coin with the stock the swap delivered. If you stop after the swap, you keep the stock.
No accounts; public profiles
LensPad has no user accounts. You use it by connecting a Phantom wallet. Everyone gets the same features, subject to Sections 4 and 11. Every wallet has a public profile page listing the coins it launched. You may optionally link an X account to your wallet, which shows that account publicly on your profile and coins; you must only link an X account you control, and you can unlink it at any time.
We may change, pause, or stop any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
6. Fees and creator fees
Generation fee
Generating a coin costs a fee paid in SOL: currently $0.25 for a SOL pair and $1 for a stock pair, converted to SOL at the rate shown when you pay. The fee pays for making your coin, not for any result: it is earned when your payment is confirmed on the blockchain and is not refundable, except that if generation fails you can retry for free. We may change fees at any time for future coins.
Other costs
You also pay any Solana network fees, Pump.fun's own fees, any first buy you choose, and, for a stock-paired first buy, Jupiter's swap costs. These go to third parties, not to LensPad.
Creator fees
Pump.fun charges a creator fee on trades of each coin. For SOL-paired coins launched with LensPad, that fee is split 60% to the wallet that launched the coin and 40% to LensPad. The split is written on-chain at launch and cannot be changed afterward. For stock-paired coins, all creator fees go to the coin's holders, paid in the paired stock by Pump.fun; neither the creator nor LensPad receives any.
Creator fees depend entirely on other people trading a coin, and many coins are never traded. We make no promise about whether any fees will be earned, how much, or when, and Pump.fun controls how and when holder payouts are made. Fees are paid out by Pump.fun's programs, not by LensPad. Any amount becomes yours only once it reaches your wallet on the blockchain. Creator fees are not a deposit, balance, or debt that LensPad owes you.
7. Risks you accept
Using digital assets carries serious risk. By using the Services you understand and accept that:
- meme coins are extremely volatile, most lose all or nearly all of their value, and you can lose everything you spend on them;
- blockchain transactions are irreversible, and mistakes (such as a wrong wallet or amount) cannot be undone;
- the Services depend on software, blockchains, and third-party protocols (including Solana, Pump.fun, and Jupiter) that can fail, be exploited, change, or become unavailable, which can cause delays, failed transactions, or loss;
- other people can trade, manipulate, or abandon any coin, including coins launched with LensPad;
- tokenized stocks can be restricted, paused, or frozen by their issuers, which can affect coins paired with them; and
- laws and regulations about digital assets are changing and could limit or end your ability to use the Services or hold certain assets.
8. Your photos and coin content
When you use LensPad you provide a photo, and the AI creates a name, ticker, and lore from it (together, your “Content”). You confirm that:
- you took the photo or have every right needed to use it this way;
- everyone recognizable in the photo has agreed to it being used and published, and no one in it is a minor shown in a sexual, degrading, or harmful way;
- the photo does not infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, and is not illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, harassing, threatening, or violent; and
- you will not use LensPad to impersonate any person, brand, or company, or to suggest an endorsement that does not exist.
AI-generated text. The name, ticker, and lore are written by an AI in a crude, roast-style voice, and can be rude, profane, or unexpected. We apply automated safety filters, but they are not perfect. AI output may be inaccurate or offensive and does not reflect our views. You choose whether to launch it.
Launching makes your Content permanent and public. When you launch, your photo, name, ticker, and lore are published to the Solana blockchain (through the coin's metadata) and to permanent public storage. After launch, no one, including LensPad, can edit or delete them. We can remove a coin from LensPad's own pages, but not from the blockchain or from other websites that show it.
You keep ownership of your photo. You give LensPad a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, copy, process, display, and publish your Content, including sending your photo to our AI providers, in order to operate, promote, and improve the Services and to meet legal obligations.
9. Third-party services
The Services rely on products run by others, including Solana, Pump.fun, the Phantom wallet, Jupiter, Helius, OpenAI, Cloudflare, Supabase, Vercel, DexScreener, and TradingView's charting library. When you use the Services, some of these providers receive information about you or your device, and some of their code may run in your browser. Each is governed by its own terms and privacy policy. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security, or conduct. To the fullest extent the law allows, you release LensPad from any claim arising from your use of, or inability to use, any third-party service.
10. Intellectual property
Apart from your Content, the Services and everything in them (including the site's text, design, graphics, logos, software, and code) belong to LensPad or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Some components are provided under open-source or third-party licenses, which govern those components.
As long as you follow these Terms, we give you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for their intended purpose. You may not copy, sell, modify, republish, or build on LensPad's materials except as these Terms allow or with our written permission. “LensPad” and our logos are our trademarks. Other names and logos shown on the Services, including the logos of tokenized stocks and the companies they track, belong to their owners and are shown only to identify them; their appearance does not mean those companies are connected with or endorse LensPad or any coin.
If you believe something on the Services infringes your copyright or other rights, message @fomojifun on X with what it is, where it appears, how to reach you, and a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized. We will review and respond as appropriate.
11. What you may not do
You agree not to, and not to try to:
- use the Services for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful, including market manipulation, wash trading, or scams;
- upload Content that breaks Section 8;
- get around our safety filters, rate limits, access controls, IP blocks, or other protections;
- scrape, copy, or harvest the Services with bots or other automated tools, except through features we provide for that purpose;
- interfere with, overload, attack, or gain unauthorized access to the Services or the systems behind them, or introduce malware; or
- infringe the rights of LensPad or anyone else.
12. Suspension and termination
We may, at any time and for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability: change, pause, or end any part of the Services; restrict or block anyone's access, including by IP address or wallet; and hide or remove any coin or Content from LensPad's pages. We are not liable to you or anyone else for doing so. Sections that by their nature should continue after your use ends will continue, including Sections 3 and 6 through 18.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” You use them at your own risk. To the fullest extent the law allows, LensPad and its affiliates, service providers, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not promise that the Services will be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free; that any information shown (including market data, AI output, and fee estimates) is accurate, complete, or current; that defects will be fixed; that the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or that they will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for losses caused by attacks on or failures of the internet, the blockchain, third-party services, or your own devices. Nothing we say, in documentation or otherwise, creates a warranty. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranties to be excluded, so some of this may not apply to you.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LensPad and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, digital assets, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Services, however caused and under any legal theory, even if we were told such damages were possible. This includes losses caused by third parties (including fraud or manipulation) and by failures, exploits, or vulnerabilities of the Services, the blockchain, or any third-party protocol.
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for all claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the generation fees you paid directly to LensPad in the six months before the event that gave rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
15. Disputes, arbitration, and class action waiver
Talk to us first
Before bringing any claim, you agree to message @fomojifun on X describing the problem, with any wallet address or transaction involved, and to give us 60 days to try to resolve it informally.
Binding individual arbitration
If we cannot resolve it, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services (a “Dispute”) will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by the International Centre for Dispute Resolution under its International Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, in English, and held remotely wherever possible. Before starting arbitration, both sides will first attend at least one good-faith mediation session by video with a neutral from the same provider, sharing its cost equally. Each side pays its own legal fees unless the arbitrator decides otherwise. Either side may ask a court for urgent temporary relief to prevent irreparable harm while arbitration is pending, and a court with jurisdiction may enter judgment on the award.
No class actions, no jury
To the fullest extent the law allows, Disputes will be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, and the arbitrator may not combine claims of more than one person. You and LensPad each waive the right to a jury trial.
Confidentiality and deadline
Arbitrations, and the information exchanged in them, are confidential except as needed to enforce an award or as the law requires. Any Dispute must be brought within one year after the claim arose (or the shortest period the law allows, if longer), or it is permanently barred.
If part of this section fails
If any part of this Section 15 is found unenforceable, that part is removed and the rest still applies. If a claim must proceed in court on a class or representative basis, it will go to a court of competent jurisdiction and be paused until any individual arbitration finishes. If we make a material change to this Section 15, we will post the change on this page, and your continued use of the Services means you accept it.
16. Indemnity
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LensPad and its affiliates, licensors, service providers, and their officers, directors, employees, agents, successors, and assigns from any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Services, including your Content and any coin you launch; (c) your reliance on information from the Services; or (d) your use of any third-party service.
17. Governing law
The law governing these Terms, and the seat of any arbitration under Section 15, will be stated here once they are designated. Until then, Section 15 applies as written, and any court proceeding these Terms allow may be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
18. General
- Whole agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and LensPad about the Services and replace any earlier versions.
- Assignment. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer ours, including to an affiliate or a successor to our business.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, we have not given up the right to enforce it later.
- Severability. If any provision is found invalid, it will be applied as closely as the law allows, and the rest of these Terms stays in effect.
- Events outside our control. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, civil unrest, sanctions, labor disputes, internet or blockchain outages, cyberattacks, failures of third-party services, and changes in law.
- Notices. We may give you notices by posting them on the Services. You agree to receive communications from us electronically.
- No third-party rights. These Terms do not give rights to anyone other than you and LensPad and our successors and permitted assigns.
- Language. These Terms are written in English. If they are translated, the English version controls.
