Privacy Policy

Last updated October 13, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information LensPad (“LensPad,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use lenspad.fun and its related services (the “Services”), how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It is part of our Terms of Use. LensPad has no user accounts, and we try to collect as little as we can.

1. Blockchains are public

LensPad works on the Solana blockchain, which is public and permanent. Your wallet address, every transaction you make (including payments and launches), and the metadata of every coin you launch (its photo, name, ticker, and lore) can be seen by anyone, forever. Neither we nor anyone else can change or delete information once it is on the blockchain. Please keep this in mind before you launch a coin.

2. Information we collect

What you give us

  • Photos. The photo you take to make a coin, uploaded to our storage.
  • Wallet address. The public address of the wallet you connect, which we link to the coins you make and launch. We never receive your private key or seed phrase.
  • Choices you make, such as whether to pair your coin with a stock and the size of any first buy.
  • Your X account, if you link one. When you link X, we receive your X user ID, username, display name, and profile photo from X's official login, and show them publicly on your LensPad profile and coins. You also sign a free message with your wallet to prove it is yours. We never see your X password, we only ask X for permission to read your profile, we never post for you, and we don't keep X's access token after reading your profile. You can unlink at any time from your profile.
  • Messages you send us, for example on X.

What we create or receive

  • AI output: the name, ticker, lore, and (for stock pairs) chosen stock that our AI generates from your photo, plus internal safety checks on the photo and text.
  • Transaction records: payment and launch transaction signatures, coin addresses, and the public on-chain market data about coins (prices, volumes, holders).

What is collected automatically

  • IP address, used to limit abuse (for example, how many coins can be started from one address in a short time). These rate-limit records are deleted within about 24 hours.
  • Usage analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and general information such as browser, device type, and country without using cookies.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as request times, pages requested, and errors) to run and secure the Services.

3. Cookies and browser storage

We do not set cookies, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use:

  • Your browser's local storage, to keep your coin in progress if you refresh or switch to the Phantom app and back. This can briefly include a one-time key for your new coin's address, which only matters until that coin launches. It also stores the encrypted connection details Phantom uses to talk to LensPad. This stays on your device; clearing your browser data removes it.

4. How we use information

  • to generate your coin from your photo, and to prepare, verify, and publish your launch;
  • to verify payments and show coin pages, market data, and holder information;
  • to keep the Services safe: filtering unsafe content, preventing abuse and fraud, and enforcing our Terms;
  • to operate, fix, and improve the Services, and to understand how they are used; and
  • to meet legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

5. AI processing of your photo

To make your coin, we send your photo (through a short-lived private link) to OpenAI, which generates the name, ticker, and lore and checks the text for safety. OpenAI processes this under its API terms and data policies, which say that API data is not used to train its models by default. We do not use your photos to train AI models.

6. What becomes public, and when

Before you launch, your photo and coin details are private. When you launch, your photo is copied to permanent public storage, and your coin's photo, name, ticker, lore, and creator wallet become public: on LensPad, on Pump.fun, on the blockchain, and on any other site or app that reads it. This cannot be undone.

7. Who we share information with

We share information only as needed to run the Services, with providers that include:

  • Infrastructure: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Supabase (database), and Cloudflare (photo storage and delivery).
  • AI: OpenAI (coin generation and safety checks).
  • X (Twitter): only if you choose to link your X account, through X's official login.
  • Blockchain services: Helius (Solana network access), Pump.fun (where coins launch and trade), and Jupiter (swaps, prices, and chart data). Your wallet (Phantom) handles your approvals.
  • Your browser loads some of these directly. For example, charts on coin pages fetch data from Jupiter, and a fallback chart may load from DexScreener. Those providers receive your IP address and browser information when this happens.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety, or property of LensPad, our users, or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of our business (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information).

8. How long we keep information

  • Photos you don't pay for are deleted after about 24 hours.
  • Photos for coins you generate but don't launch are deleted after about 72 hours.
  • Launched coins (photo, name, ticker, lore, creator wallet) are kept permanently, because they are public and on the blockchain.
  • Records of coins and payments (wallet address, transaction signatures, generated text) are kept while we operate the Services and as needed for legal, accounting, and security purposes.
  • Rate-limit records tied to IP addresses are deleted within about 24 hours. Our providers keep their own logs for the periods their policies set.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, message @fomojifun on X; we may need to confirm you control the relevant wallet. We will respond as the law requires. Please note that we cannot change or delete anything on the blockchain or already published with a launched coin, and we may keep information we are required to keep by law.

You can also stop using the Services at any time, disconnect your wallet, and clear your browser storage to remove what LensPad keeps on your device.

10. Security

We protect information with measures such as encryption in transit, private storage for photos until launch, restricted database access, and short-lived access links. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of information sent over the internet or stored by third parties. Keep your wallet's private key and seed phrase secret: LensPad will never ask for them.

11. Children

The Services are only for people 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Services or appears in a coin's photo, message @fomojifun on X and we will remove what we can from LensPad.

12. International processing

Our service providers are mainly located in the United States, and your information may be processed there or in other countries whose data protection laws differ from yours. By using the Services, you understand that your information will be processed in those places.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and change the “Last updated” date. If you keep using the Services after an update, the updated policy applies.
